Main Job Responsibilities
The Master Trainer will be responsible for managing, guiding, and supporting the school health and nutrition program effectively. Major responsibilities include:
Program Implementation Support
Support execution of School WIFS Program across targeted districts
Coordinate with provincial education and health departments
Ensure effective program planning and execution
Training & Capacity Building
Develop training plans with project and finance teams
Prepare training materials, schedules, PPTs, and evaluation forms
Conduct trainings for Teachers, PTA, and SMS committees
Provide technical guidance on Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) and Albendazole distribution
Organize and conduct refresher trainings
Supervision & Technical Support
Visit schools regularly for supportive supervision
Provide on-site technical assistance to teachers
Ensure program guidelines are followed
Coordination & Communication
Engage school authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders
Coordinate with PEDs and DEDs
Ensure smooth program implementation
Reporting & Planning
Assist project coordinator in monthly planning
Prepare and submit activity reports
Ensure accurate documentation
Travel Requirement
Must be willing to travel extensively
Up to 80% field work required

To qualify for Acbar Jobs In Kunar Master Trainers, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Diploma in Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, or Midwifery
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Nutrition preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in school health or BPHS programs
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Excellent knowledge of local context
Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and preferably English
Willingness to travel regularly in target districts
