The Education Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring education projects at the provincial level. The role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, partners deliver quality services, and children’s educational needs are met. The position requires close coordination with provincial staff, partners, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with Save the Children policies.

Support planning and implementation of education projects at provincial and national levels

Ensure on-time and quality delivery of project activities through partners

Monitor partners’ performance and review monthly financial and narrative reports

Conduct field visits to assess progress, identify capacity gaps, and provide on-the-job training

Develop capacity-building plans and coordinate partner training sessions

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, government bodies, and community members
